Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
All items will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking, which usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order faster, we will be happy to accommodate you - just email us at: info@amandarudey.com before you place your order.
Jewelry Care:
We use several different kinds of metal in our designs, but mostly 18k vermeil. 18k vermeil means that the metal is sterling silver with a thick layer of 18k gold on top. It should not irritate the skin. It also should not tarnish if you care for it properly. Store your jewels in a small plastic bag or jewelry pouch; you can add an anti-tarnish strip if you would like. If you polish the jewelry, do so with a clean, soft cloth - a silver polishing cloth is too harsh and may scratch the metal. Try to keep your jewelry dry, and keep away from harsh chemicals and solvents, as well as perfumes and lotions.
Please also note that due to the handmade nature of the jewelry and the natural quality of the stones, there may be slight variations between pieces.
Repairs:
We do our very best to make sure that your jewelry is top quality, but should your Amanda Rudey jewelry ever break or need repairing, we will be happy to fix it for you. If it has been more than 30 days since the receipt of your order, you may incur a small repair fee. Contact us at: info@amandarudey.com. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the repair.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. The exchange price will not include the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. Please contact us at info@amandarudey.com for return instructions.
Privacy Policy:
Amanda Rudey Jewelry Designs, Inc. wholeheartedly respects your right to privacy. None of the information given on this site will ever be sold to any party. Your payment information is submitted through Stripe, our credit card processing system; Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 with the latest encryption technology. Checkout and Payment pages are served over SSL. Amanda Rudey will not disclose customer information to any outside organization without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company (see below), or where otherwise required by law or by legal process. Amanda Rudey only uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes, such as filling and tracking your order, analyzing trends and collecting statistics. We will not store your credit card information unless otherwise directed.
